Health and Saftey policy statement
This statement of policy, and the organisation and arrangements for its implementation, has been prepared to comply with the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. The arrangements for its implementation are detailed within site management plans.
Health & Safety will be set in context with all other business objectives to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health & safety and welfare of all LCS Property (UK) Ltd employees and others affected by the Company's activities.
The Company recognises the need to prevent accidents, injuries and ill health to employees and those affected by its work. The Company will ensure priority is given to the assessment of risk, health and safety planning.
It is the responsibility of LCS Property (UK) Ltd management and staff to ensure that this policy and its arrangements are implemented. Health & Safety shall always be given priority during planning and daily activities.
The directors and management of LCS Property (UK) Ltd are committed to continuous review and improvement in health & safety performance including implementing new guidelines to achieve industry best practice. |

Environmental policy statement
LCS Property (UK) Ltd is a Building Company operating in the United Kingdom committed to maintaining high standards throughout our operations. Particular attention is paid to improving our significant environmental impacts, including the reduction and control of waste and the prevention of pollution.
LCS Property (UK) Ltd is in particular committed to:
- Providing a framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives, targets, management programmes and policy, to ensure continuous improvement in our environmental performance
- Being aware of impact on the environment and wherever possible suggesting solutions to reduce environmental impact of project design
- Working with suppliers and clients to improve the environmental performance of all working procedures.
